Dog Walker in Financial District, DTLA

On weekdays the Financial District bustles with office crowds. It goes quiet at lunch's edges and on weekends. Plazas and stairways make for interesting, varied walks.

Where we walk in Financial District

  • Pershing Square, at the edge of the district
  • Plazas and landscaped terraces around Bunker Hill
  • The Bunker Hill Steps area, for a change of scenery (at your dog's pace)

We always follow posted park and leash rules.

Building access

Residential towers here usually have a staffed lobby, a security sign-in and sometimes a separate pet entrance. We'll set up access with you and the front desk, so we're expected every time.

Foot traffic and street notes

The noon office rush brings crowded crosswalks and lots of legs. For nervous dogs we pick times and routes around the rush, and we keep leashes short at busy corners.

Heat and paws

Tall buildings throw good shade here. We use it, but stone plazas can still get hot in the afternoon sun.
